CHARACTERISTICS
The Inca Bridge is one of the least known constructions in Machu Picchu. To appreciate it, it is necessary to take a short hiking route (only 1 kilometer) to the western limit of the citadel. This route is a special adventure.
The Inca Bridge is made of tree trunk. It joins the mountainside by a narrow path built by the Incas themselves. The bridge is supported on a base of stones joined together.
The ticket includes a visit to the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu on circuits 1 or 2.
